Babil34 - B34, Babil34 ALA V2 and Gann V5-Babil34 are each technical analysis software. They perform mathematical calculations and produce visual output on the chart.

• No output they produce - a colour, a level, a divergence label, a projection point or an alert - is a trading order or a recommendation.
• The "projection" feature is a mathematical extrapolation of existing data; it is not a guaranteed forecast of the future.
• No technical indicator is 100% accurate. They can produce false signals.

6. About Babil34 FX (MetaTrader 5 Software)

Babil34 FX is automation software offered to the user as a software licence. It applies conditions that the user defines, in the user's own account, under the user's own responsibility.

• No profit is guaranteed.
• It is not a portfolio management or asset management service; babil34 does not access users' accounts, does not trade on their behalf and does not accept funds.
• Automated trading carries all the risks of manual trading and adds further risks such as technical failures, internet outages, server or broker latency and platform errors.
• It is strongly recommended that the software be tested on a demo account before being used on a live account.
• Broker choice, symbol naming, spread, commission and swap conditions directly affect results.

7. About the Training Services

The training is intended to convey an analysis method and market knowledge. It does not include personalised buy/sell guidance, a signal service or investment advice. No commitment is made that any particular return will be achieved after the training.
