When you fill in the contact form on this site or reach us by e-mail or Telegram, we process your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if provided, your message and, if you share it, your TradingView username. For form submissions the IP address and time of submission are also recorded for security purposes.
This data is used only to reply to your request, to send information about products and services, to set up product access after a purchase, to plan a training programme and to prevent misuse of the form.
Your data is processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form, the establishment and performance of a contract where a product or training is purchased, and legitimate interest for security records (KVKK Article 5). Collection takes place electronically and partly by automated means.
Your personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers are limited to the hosting and e-mail infrastructure providers that are necessary to deliver the service, or to legally authorised authorities upon request. Your TradingView username is used on that platform when granting product access; this happens at your own request.
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods prescribed by applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the law, to request that these operations be notified to the parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result that arises to your detriment from analysis by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
